You can request an upgrade for (bandwidth, RAM, hard disk, etc.) without any data loss.

If you want to upgrade the processor, you will need to reserve a new server; noting that some upgrades require the server to be totally changed and ordering a new one. For more details, you can open a ticket directed to Customer Service department to contact it.
