Brief: this setup is used to adjust sending and receiving emails through

 ( SENDMAIL-MAIL-SMTP)

 

To manage Inbox and Messaging Options: 

From Cpanel, select Settings> Dimofinf Settings> then Email Options as the below picture:

Mailing Method: select a sending method that will be used (each method requires certain server’s settings and adjustments). 

Number of Characters Before Wrapping Email Text: it enables to select a number of letters for every line before moving to the new one. 

Authentication Required: it should be activated if the server (SMTP) requires to certify sending action. 

SMTP Username: In case of using (SMTP), the user name of the used server should be entered.

SMTP PassWord: in case of using (SMTP), the used server password has to be entered. 

SMTP Host: In case of using (SMTP) to send, the used server name has to be entered into the sending process. 

SMTP Port: In case of using (SMTP) to send, the used server port number has to be entered into the sending process. 

Emails Cycle Per Hour: it enables to set a certain number of sent emails per hour. 

Email CSS Code: it is used to align the design of the website sent emails. Edit it if you have a good knowledge of CSS codes. 

Email Header Content: it is used to set a particular header for the website sent emails. Edit it if you have a good knowledge of CSS codes. 

Email Footer Content: it is used to set a particular footer for the website sent emails. Edit it if you have a good knowledge of CSS codes. 

Site Email: the email address that is shown to the recipients. 

Press (Edit Settings) to save.
