Brief: using this feature enables you to view the errors log of CMS and your website. 

 

Firstly: Viewing errors log: 

1- Login to control panel

2- From the side list, select (Tools)>(scheduled tasks)> then (View Error Log) as shown in the below picture:

Log Entries to Show Per Page: enter the errors number shown per page. 

Show Only Entries Related To The Following Script: choose a certain script that you want to view its log. 

Show Only Entries Generated By: choose a user that you want to view his entries log. 

Ending Date: enter the date when the entries log starts. 

Ending Date: enter the date when the entries log ends.

Order By: choose by which order the log is displayed. 

Then press “View” 

 

Secondly: Delete errors log: 

1- Login to control panel

2- From the side list, select (Tools)>(scheduled tasks)> then (View Error Log) as shown in the below picture:

Delete Error Log Records: choose the script that you want to delete its log. 

Remove User Processing Error logs: choose the user that you want to delete errors tackled by him. 

Remove Entries Older Than X Days: this option enables you to delete errors that were executed earlier before the enter number of days. 

Then press “Delete Error Log Records”.
