Brief: the log is registering every step followed by users while he is solving the issue.
Follow the below path, to reach this log:
CMS control panel> modules> issue troubleshooter> log as the picture below:
The below picture will show up:
-All steps are shown up including the issue title, the user who is working on it, the starting and ending date, and the troubleshoot result.
-you can use the feature (filter by user) to filter issues solved by one user or all users.
- from the (action) list, press the button (Delete) to remove any step, and (View) to be transferred to a page that includes issue details.
