Please Wait...- Login to your Control Panel in Dimofinf website using your email and password.
- A new menu will be displayed, choose (Services).
- A list of your services will be displayed on the page, press the service name you want to control.
- A side list named “Actions”will show up as the below picture, press (Request Cancellation)
- Please fill the below fields, in which the reason will be mention whether for immediate cancellation or cancelling the service renewal.
